THE OPERA
About a two minutes walk from the Central station.
Right on the other side of the Opera you find Salt. So the view from there is quite spectacular. Salt has many bars and food trucks, and several different kind of saunas. And you can basically jump right into the Oslo fjord after a sauna session.
Why not combine a workshop in hakomi with another workshop/retreat in yoga- in the mountains. Nøsen Yoga retreat is situated near by Hemsedal and Gol (about three hours from Oslo).
