About The Event

Welcome to our first skill sets practice group of fall 2021. The topic this fall, for all the  three monthly practice groups, is "Hakomi as three phases". Which means we will do practices related to the builing blocks of a Hakomi therapy session. You can of course decide  to join only one or two, but we will recommend you to join all three:) This is the second group where we will focus on the second phase: "Setting up experiments".

And here's an overview of all the groups this fall:

Tuesday September 14: "Building the relationship (Phase 1)"

Wednesday October 6: "Setting up experiments (Phase 2)"

Wednesday November 3: "Nourishment & Healing (Phase 3)"

This group is perfect for you that are one the path of becoming a Hakomi practitioner or if you have some practice in Hakomi and want to learn more about the specific skill sets. You  need to have been to at least one Hakomi training to join this practice group. The practice group will be facilitated by advanced students (over 50 training days) and Hakomi practitioners  in team Hakomi Norway. We will speak English because we're an international group.

The event is free of charge, but we would love a small donation to the association so that we can further our online projects.

Note that you need to have been to at least one Hakomi training with an internatiol trainer to join our skill sets practice groups. Our approach in these groups is a bit more analytical and discussion based than a regular training or our open practice groups (Hakomi Breakfast Club and Hakomi Weekend Reset). So it's important that you already have had an experience with the method on beforehand. Also, experiences with or background in similar or complimentary methods (meditation, other body psychotherapy etc.) doesn't count as a foundation for joining this group.

If you're insecure about the time zone, write your time zone in this calculator

If you have any questions write an email to info@hakomi.no or go to our chat on www.hakomi.no

We're looking forward to learn more about the three phases in a Hakomi session with you:)
