Online Training Series: Joy and Playfulness as Resources

Welcome to our two-part training series guided by Bettina Deuster this fall!

The theme for this training series is “Joy and Playfulness as Resources”.

For humans, play and joy are innate capacities and resources for happiness. These qualities are often nurtured and experienced through our connectedness as social beings and our ability to experience broader connections in the world we live in. In this training, we will explore, in the Hakomi Way, our unconscious beliefs and inner organization around the possibility of experiencing these resources in our lives.

1100 NOK if you sign up for the two parts at once.

600 NOK for each 3 hour session.

About payment: 

• You can  pay directly when you register with debit/credit card (Stripe)
• From Norway you can pay with VIPPS. Choose manual payment in the checkout and follow the instructions.
• If you're not able to pay with debit/credit card  we do offer other payment methods: regular bank transaction, Wise and Revolut. Then you need to register by sending us an email to info@hakomi.no and we will  send you an invoice with a 14 day payment due date.
