Exploring our Power - Workshop series (March 12)

This is a workshop series that explores how we embody our power or lack thereof. With this work you will become more aware and intentional in harnessing the power that you do have, and how to align it better with the person you wish to be in the world.

Our explorations will be embodied and draw on the Hakomi method, Feldenkrais and methods from the 'Right Use of Power Institute'. The workshops will be led by Maru Serrano and organized in collaboration with Hakomi Cascadia and  Hakomi Norway.

This workshop series also count as foundational training (45 days of training) in the Hakomi method (Hakomi Education Network). When you sign up for the entire series that will be 1 1/2 training day in total. 

Dates and Themes:

January 22: FROM "THEM" TO "WE" - An experiential exploration on diversity and inclusivity. 

February 12: SELF-CARE FROM THE INSIDE OUT - An experiential exploration of self-care as an ethical issue.

March 12: INTENTION AND IMPACT - An experiential exploration of our biases and unintended impacts on others.

Time:

6pm-9pm (CEST/CET) 

9am-12pm (PDT)

Payment:

1300 NOK if you sign up for the entire three part series at once. (127 USD)

500 NOK for each 3 hour session (49 USD).

About payment: 

• You can  pay directly when you register with debit/credit card (Stripe)
• From Norway you can pay with VIPPS. Choose manual payment in the checkout and follow the instructions.
• If you're not able to pay with debit/credit card, we do offer other payment methods: regular bank transaction, Wise and Revolut. Then you need to register by sending us an email to info@hakomi.no and we will  send you an invoice with a 14 day payment due date.
