2 day online Hakomi training 23-24 September

Saturday 23th and Sunday 24th of September we welcome you to a two day multilevel training with Bettina Deuster!

The theme for this training  is: Meeting and Embracing Inner Children - How to work with inner states of mind in a Hakomi Way.

We will learn how to respond to inner child states in a Hakomi Way. These states of mind often appear spontaneously in a Hakomi process and we will meet them with a gentle curiosity and presence. We bring consciousness to their embodiment and access the underlying beliefs and ideas. We will find out what these states of mind really need. The healing process invites us to respond to life in a more satisfying and life enhancing way.
