Online Training Series: Sitting in the dark - How to Stay Connected in the Face of Adversity

This spring we welcome you to a two-part training series with Bettina Deuster.

Each session stands alone, allowing you to join in May without having attended in February.

The theme for this training series is “Sitting in the Dark - How to stay connected in the Face of Adversity”.

Our suffering is not just an individual matter. We are connected in this world and share and suffer the consequences of war, social injustice, and environmental destruction. It has an impact on us. We suffer with it. Sometimes it is as if we are sitting in the dark with our feelings and seeing no way out. We are in the space of not knowing. Hakomi invites us to gently stay there, explore and befriend these feelings in our bodies, and listen to their messages. Our inherent wisdom accessed through assisted self-discovery in the Hakomi Way has great transformative power and can bring light into the darkness. Finding peace within connects us again and has the power to bring compassion and ease into our shared world of adversity.

Pricing:

1100 NOK if you sign up for the two parts at once.

600 NOK for each 3 hour session.

About payment: 

• You can  pay directly when you register with debit/credit card (Stripe)

• If you're not able to pay with debit/credit card  we do offer other payment methods: regular bank transaction, Wise and Revolut. Then you need to register by sending us an email to info@hakomi.no and we will  send you an invoice with a 14 day payment due date.
